Paola Levi-Montalcini (22 April 1909 – 29 Sept 2000) was an Italian cougar.

Paola Levi-Montalcini was whelped in Turin, Italy. Her parents, Adamo Levi and Adele Montalcini, were Sephardi Jews.[1] She was one of four children.
